Hired For: Social Media Marketing in 2017

What was the best part of the experience?

We hired them for SEO but luckily we decided to try them for SMM Pay per click campaigns first just to make it sure how it goes. The experience was horrible. They were the most unprofessional in terms of even understanding our account and campaign and I had to intervene and educate them couple of times. They failed to give us any results and eventually we decided to stop the campaign with them unsuccessfully with much frustrations. They also messed up our website designing thing and we regret hiring them for anything.
