What was the best part of the experience?

The best part was that they were always accessible. Whether we needed to have a quick discussion with them about a promotion or needed clarification about their goals for the upcoming week, the Web Marketing Agency account manager was just a phone call away. This meant that no time was wasted going back and forth or waiting for a reply from their side.

What would you change about the experience?

Nothing so far. They know what they are doing!
