What would you change about the experience?
They are by n means the cheapest company out there, but honestly they do so much more and we get exponentially better & consistent results that it’s proven to be quite easy to write that check every month. Also, we as the dealership client have to be involved to get them special offers which takes a bit of time.

Sphere Control has proven to be the best investment our dealership has made. A little over three years ago, we met Tiny and Tod at a 20 Group meeting. They spoke at the meeting and informed all of us in attendance of new services they were rolling out and really just did an excellent job of explaining how searching on google and how proper marketing on google makes such a huge difference on our bottom line. The key to all of that was that for once in my life, I finally understood how all of the online stuff works, and more so, interacts, to get us more opportunities to sell and service cars and trucks.

Well I met Hazjip and Tiny at an NADA meeting a year ago. Usually we get a few blowhards in these meetings who talk a good game, but never really deliver. As Tiny spoke and gave examples of what works and what is mere hype, I began to gain understanding as to what SEO is, and more, how it affects my dealerships. Two months later I flew to Dallas and met with him and several members of his team in their office. I found it quite amazing, really, how well versed all of his employees were, and I could sense the commitment they brought to the table. I spoke at length with Hazjip and Todd about our struggles and challenges. I decided to dip my toe in the water, and let them work with my Ford dealership first. Everyone says they can't optimize those sites. Even my dealership consultants told me that the captive Ford dealership sites had modification access problems to the point that no one but the web provider could do any sort of optimization. Dipping my toe in the water proved to be a costly mistake.Let me explain. Sphere Control SEO staff members proved that all along we've been asking the Wrong Questions. And I dipped my toe in the water when, in fact, I should have thrown all (17) of my dealerships under their program. To say that the impact of their work was transformative would be an understatement. From top to bottom we watched our net profit grow significantly. Further, and frankly I didn't understand this at the time I signed their contract, Tiny and two other people came into each dealership every three months to further train our staff.All I can say is that these guys have the goods and I am an extremely happy customer. And my competition hates them.
