The Marketing team at Upper Canada recently underwent a massive re-brand and creative launch, which resulted in the need for a new website that would appeal to our customers and showcase our tenants. We approached the RC Design team to discuss this possibility and were quickly assured we made the right choice, as the first meeting proved to be a success. Rob and his team were open and knowledgeable with experience in marketing retail and developing a functional, seamless website design. RC Design worked collaboratively with the marketing department to ensure the design and functionality was on trend and of course met the needs of our business. RC Design was responsible for the design and implementation of our re-branded website; including key elements necessary for successful SEO. Our site currently includes advanced search functionality, AODA compliance and customized pages for stores, blogs and centre information. The content management system is user-friendly and allows ourselves and our tenants to produce timely content and communicate effectively through our online retailer portal. My small business engaged RC Design to build our website, and we have been very happy with their professionalism, knowledge, quality of work and product. They were highly recommended by a friend who works at a very large corporation. When I first saw their website, I wasn't sure if I would go with them because it seemed like they worked for larger companies and had a more corporate client base (we're a small creative consultancy). What ultimately convinced me to hire RC, was their responsiveness and professionalism to my initial questions. Throughout the process, they have continued to respond to feedback and questions quickly and with solutions that kept moving the project forward.
