Hired For: Search Engine Optimization in 2019

What was the best part of the experience?

Seeing how everyone's skills and knowledge improved so dramatically. Many members that were talented just needed the opportunity to gain experience so they could develop into the best they could be.

What would you change about the experience?

I would have set clearler goals and expectations sooner. Also, I should have had people focus more on their strengths and not just arbitrarily distribute the work.

The company's value is 1. Work Hard 2. Play Hard. The fun culture of the company allows it to attract top talent with people who are passionate and enthusiastic about showing up to work everyday and service customers.
