I started my website with Nexa but we never moved passed a first meeting and an initial payment if AED 2000. When asking to get my money back the account manager always tells me he will call me next week but he never does. I gave Mr. Vijay The email confirming a payment and even an email from his team saying the project was a non starter but he refuses to give me my money back. I like to do business with honest people and that definitely not this company.

Terrible agency! Did not deliver all the items that were clearly mentioned in the scope of work.Also, it's pathetic that their own employees account for some of the reviews on here. If I could give less than one star I would.

I've worked with the Nexa team for more than a year and all I can tell is that they are just amazing. Beside being creative, they are very flexible and never decline any request even if it's not part of their contract's scope of work. Gary and Tamara were managing our social media accounts, answered to our customers always on time (day and nights), created amazing content, brought a lot of ingenious solutions.When needed, their director used to come to our monthly meeting to make sure that we were happy with their work.I highly recommend this agency!
