I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to share this for the benefit of anyone considering using this company. Without question in 25 years of being in business, this was the worst vendor relationship we have have ever experienced. The owner was consistently argumentative, condescending and rude. He regularly used foul language in written communication and on the phone, which was unprofessional and completely unnecessary. We signed a one year agreement with Natural Click. We carefully monitor every lead that we get from all of our advertising sources. We did receive a couple of leads from the organic SEO that they did throughout the year, but zero ROI. The articles that Natural Click wrote were so bad (which even the owner acknowledged) that we had to rewrite most of them ourselves. Natural Click 'guaranteed' that 50% of the keywords would be listed on page 1 of Google. Some keywords did rank on page 1. However, almost all of these rankings were for keywords that they insisted that they wanted to use, and NOT for the industry specific keywords (principal keywords) that we provided to them, and emphasized that we absolutely needed ranking because of our niche market. Because many of the principal keywords that we provided to Natural Click had not been ranked more than six months into the agreement, the owner agreed to extend the agreement by two months. There were periods when weeks went by with no articles being posted on the site (as many as 8 weeks between postings). Whenever we raised concerns or questions with the owner he got very hostile towards us. We spent over $20,000 with Natural Click for SEO. Fortunately, this is a very bad experience that we can now put behind us. As I said, I have never written a review before for anything. But, hopefully this review will help others avoid the same mistake that we made, and encourage them to find a reputable company in the industry to look after this important aspect of their business.
