Feedback:

We signed up as a Partner with them, on boarded our customer to the platform. The Partner Success Rep called Patrick lacks any experience in handling Partners. False promises made during on boarding process as partners. Check his language when I asked him about his promises. There is no live support. I mailed my conversation to their CEO and guess what NO REPLY from him also. So, I think it is just another company which doesn't give a damn about its customers / partners.
