Hiring Jordan Crown to design our website has been a great decision. Throughout the process Joe and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They were very willing to come up with design ideas based off of our requests and needs. If there was ever a question or revision needed we were sure they would respond in a timely manner. We asked Joe to put together a tool that would allow us to connect people on Facebook to our 47 community groups that meet in homes throughout the North Seattle area. He quickly realized that what we were asking him to do would take too much work for us to upkeep and would quickly become out of date. Instead Joe built a solution that would update w/ new information real-time and would update in 3 different spots on the web at the same time! We are SO pleased w/ his work and blown away by the quick turnaround and attention to detail at every step. Great communication throughout the process!

Jordan Crown is simply amazing. I've worked with dozens of UI developers in my career and have found that most profoundly over-estimate their skills. The designers I've worked with at Jordan Crown, however, tend to under-promise and over-deliver. I like that. I've been so impressed by their UIs and rock-solid back-end work that I always look forward to the next chance I have to loop them into a project.

Jordan Crown has the best customer service I've experienced in the industry. I recently hired Jordan Crown to overhaul my company's website. When we launched there were some fairly serious in the shopping cart leading to payments not being processed properly. The developer we are working with, immediately got a temporary fix in place to solve the critical issue and worked tirelessly to find a permanent solution that very day. It is abundantly clear to me that the entire staff of Jordan Crown cares deeply about their clients and will stop at nothing to provide superior customer service.
