Great customer service and products were delivered as requested. Have worked with them for a couple years and have always been pleased!

Product was not ready when they said it would be nor were they able to provide the service they said they could.For an order that was large enough it apparently took all day to process, they hadn't even started on the day it was supposed to be ready. AND THEN, while I'm waiting for it to finish, an employee's meeting with a client in the lobby and talking about a large order of shirts that's coming in and he has to have them finished by tomorrow. He tells the client that it will be rough, "but he's a good friend." So apparently either your order has to be large or you have to be friends with an employee for your order to be important enough to be done on time.And my design was supposed to be 18 inches which they knew when I placed the order. They tell me they can handle a design that large, but they have to charge me a custom set up fee, which I agreed to. Only to receive a phone call in the morning (the day AFTER it was supposed to be done) that it won't load on their computer. They can only do it at 15 inches.
Feedback:
Awful service, terrible response time, and extremely sassy staff when they finally get around to actually responding to basic communication. Often blame the customers for their mistakes.
