We enjoyed an exceptionally positive experience working with Caorda throughout the redesign of the Roy Group website. We worked with a single project manager throughout the duration of the project, which was great for maintaining communication and consistency. Our project manager, Sam, was responsive to every communication, attended to every detail we brought forward, and made requested changes quickly. Not a single ball was dropped. Sam kept our timelines on track with workback schedules for different parts of the project, and was mindful of our budget. He did not hesitate to share ways for us to be efficient, and he let us know when he didn’t need to be involved in a meeting or process. Caorda showed wonderful flexibility in being open to us bringing in some of our own design and writing partners to contribute to the project.More than this, our project manager went out of his way to educate us on best practices in terms of images, content, navigation and back-end organization. Because of his openness and willingness to share his ideas, we developed a solid trust in his guidance as a web expert. Our communications with everyone on the Caorda team always felt warm and supportive, with Sam showing a commitment to deep listening in order to understand (and serve) our needs. I can't speak highly enough of Pete and the Caorda team! We moved a poorly designed and expensive website from Yellow Pages to Caorda. I was concerned with the cost of a complete redesign at this time, so Pete suggested we transition into a WordPress template first, and pointed out that we can always upgrade to a fully custom-made design later. They not only upgraded our old and sloppy website, but also ensured it is SEO optimized with Google analytics working well. When I thought that perhaps we should upgrade to one of their custom made websites, Pete held me back stating that the WordPress version works for now... there was no need to spend more money. Pete was quick to respond patiently to any questions I had, and I never felt like I was inconveniencing him at any time. We are thankful to have discovered Caorda and grateful to have someone close by to support our web needs.

Julie, Lorne and the rest of the Caorda team were fantastic to deal with, in helping us revamp our Liquor Plus website, initiate a monthly sales flyer and an email campaign. They were open to our ever changing ideas and concepts and they implemented them in a practical sense. Their turn around time to our requests were met with speed, efficiency and full transparency. We have been clients of theirs for many years now and this latest project proved to us that we made the correct decision all those years ago. follow up to review from carsonv982 - after an amazing experience with website development through Caorda I purchased a marketing package and my expectations again were exceeded! Joao did an amazing job setting us up for success and creating a strong foundation of ads with a high return on investment. Joao developed successful email campaigns, facebook marketing, google ads, increased our websites organic search traffic and really helped us grow our market. Huge thanks to Caordas marketing and Joao specifically for all the hard work. WELL WORTH IT!!
