Wish they had even one good thing.. they DONT!

I purchased their services on 7th Dec and now on 14th Feb, I still havent got my delivery. The sales people are rude and liars The management is never there Horrible experience

Very Responsive and good amount of experience in this area... Both the Staff and Services provided by BrainPulse Technologies exceeded our expectations. We were not ranking high in any Search Engine like google, Yahoo, Bing but, they helped fix that. now many more clients say they found us on the web.
What would you change about the experience?
My business ambitions have never been so focused and goal-oriented. Thanks to the BrainPulse for offering me their solid digital marketing services and experience to turn my aspirations in the reality. These guys helped me out when I was delving into the ways to intensify my business reach on the world wide web. The passion they have with their work is awesome and their services available in amazingly competitive price tag. The way they do it is also very impressive.

How can I resist to pen down the experience I have gone through while my campaign was running in the safe hands of BrainPulse. A team of Digital Marketing experts started working on my campaign after initial analysis of my site and handed over a comprehensive report mentioning all the vital ranking details.

Professionalism is far heard of in this company. When we decided to work with this company, their business development guy told us they work without contract. After insisting, they gave us a vague contract with no specifics. We had to design the contract for them....and that was our biggest mistake. We struggled with the staff at all levels to get our work then. At the end, we had to terminate our contract and faced the misbehavior of their staff. I highly not recommended company to get associated with.

And the worst service provider award goes to Brainpulse Technologies.nI mean no one cant even stand the competition. Their sales staff is just there to get money after that they dont even show their face neither ready to talk.nTechnical support always escalates the matter to higher level and is incompetent to solve your quires.nHigher Level is always in meeting and you can never talk to them.nSo decide before you buy anything from here. But i would suggest their services to you if you want it for your rivals.

Worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with online. They made written guarantees, and then broke them without admitting. Had to seek legal advice to get my money back. Pathetic company, totally unprofessional, and no expertise. I wouldn't recommend these clowns on even my worst internet enemies and competitors. Stay away from these idiots, they are scammers, thieves, liers, and totally unprofessional.

It a requirement to give a star otherwise i wouldnt have given a single star also.nnThey are the worst service providers. Can you beat that my VPS was down for 3 days continuously. Just imagine what would they do to how is having a shared hosting.nAlso they say it was a maintenance work. Support is horrible... just keep on calling and they would never answer.
