We reached out to this company to consider re-designing our site. I do not think I have ever been talked to the way their VP spoke. He was very disrespectful and contained little to no customer service. It is hard to believe that in this day and age that this type of customer service or lack of is allowed y an organization. I do not think he had one positive thing to say.

I've been a client of BFM for just about a year now (via Bowlmor AMF) and I am constantly impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to meet our (very high) expectations. Before we moved our web development business over to BFM we had some very bad experiences with previous vendors; BFM was able to take ownership of all of our existing sites--flaws and all--and helped us get back on the right path. They have been a true partner in helping to grow our digital presence and I would highly recommend them.
