HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE SUPPORT, PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THE 4.0 GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE, MOST OF THEM ARE FAKE AND THERE'S ONLY A FEW GOOD REVIEWS HERE CHECK this company only cares about their own interest they are not here for you. If you make a mistake making a purchase at their website don't think you going to get a refund. This people are very SLOW they will never contact you if you leave a voice message. They are very very unprofessional. Other companies will refund you your money specially if you're not 100% satisfied with the purchase this COMPANY WONT CARE ABOUT THAT.

This platform is an absolute joke. We were contacted by a sales rep making all of these claims on how much better the service was over shopify. We are a high volume store and I can tell you a few things. 1. Customer service even at the enterprise level is a joke. No one can help if something is broken, and let me tell you a lot of things are. 2. It is slow, and the back office goes down constantly. As I am writing this review, my back office has been down since last night. 3. No apps, and the ones that are there either cannot connect to your store, or just flat our don't work.4. Insanely overpriced. If you are a store owner on shopify let me tell you one thing, do not, I repeat do not, let them wine and dine you and feed you a bunch of lies. This platform is not good.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. We came from GoDaddy and they were horrific with customer service. BigCommerce is so customer centric, when DigitlHaus, our website developer, left us completely hanging on go live without access to our site, Bigcommerce answered the phone within a minute and didn't put me on hold. Their reps worked to resolve the issue and treated me like I was a valued customer. Highly recommend them.
