I received Amazon voucher from hsbc and while redeeming it from bigcity nothing came to me.It was 500 rupees code ..I logged a complaint with the helpdesk..let's hope their helpdesk resolves it soon..this is the third time I had this issue..Update: My issue is resolved and my vouchers were redeemed.

Editing my previous review: I got a response after writing a review on Google. They blame the technical team for not being able to hear me on all 5 calls. I appreciate the response on trying to make the movie tickets booking after the review.i have been asked to take down my previous review now that the problem is solved. I still stand by my experience and won't try using the other vouchers in hand.
