I'm not sure where my wife and I were luckier...finding the beautiful house we just purchased, or finding Scott to work with. We were a challenging case, as we moved from Canada, and although we were not first time home buyers, and no strangers to mortgages, things are quite different in the US. Scott, was patient, informative, responsive, always there when we needed and answer, but never pushy. A true rare find. Scott was also able to utilize a his network to introduce us to an Allen Tate Mortgage broker, who also proved to be extremely valuable. Through the entire process, the feeling for us was always that we were Scott's only client! No corner was missed, no stone unturned. Scott was there with us every step of the way. Negotiations, walk-through, home inspections, every single process, or time we needed him, he was available. Scott will be our relator for life, and we plan to recommend him to all our family and friends who are home shopping in the area! Thanks again!

I have a few realtor friends and chose Scott to be my realtor for many reasons, and they all rang true during my home search. I was diligent in my search for the right property, and still, Scott found houses that I had missed. After every property visit we would discuss what I liked most and what I would want different if possible. Scott always listened and in the next search accounted for those updates to my search parameters. I had pretty specific lists of items I wanted in a home, and even after all my searching; Scott found the perfect house for me.I have been in my home for two months now, and it took this long to compose a "review" of his services, because I have been enjoying moving in, painting, decorating, and being in my new space. I have had family and friend to stay nearly every weekend, and everyone is just as excited as I am with my new home! Scott was always by my side with expert advice and knowledge. He even took the down time during the home inspection to look up an appliance manual for me! He thought of many things I didn't as well. If you are a first time home buyer or have purchased homes before, I would recommend Scott Regene wholeheartedly. I felt like he cared about what I wanted and if I was going to be happy in the home from day one. He took pictures during the process and the day of closing, which I received after I moved in, and have hanging on the wall in a very special frame to remind me what a joyful process it was.
