I can say with my former experience of being owner/developer of a very successful web-based business once upon a time, he knows his stuff. If I hadn't had that prior experience, it would be nearly impossible to know what he's talking about. His level of abilities and communication are so high, it would be Greek to almost everyone. In this case one would just have to trust and wait to measure results. As you know SEO is not one of those tasks that happen immediately.
